Founder & CEO
An education leader with more than fifteen years of K-12 experience. He holds an M.S.Ed. from the University of Pennsylvania and has undertaken graduate-level study at Harvard University in Industrial-Organizational Psychology. He leads academic strategy, future readiness, institutional design and data-informed improvement.
Mr. Gaurang Yadav,
Co-Founder & Managing Director
A civil engineer with education and management preparation, including postgraduate study in Education Management at the University of Warwick. He strengthens infrastructure, operations, safety systems, performance discipline and the reliable functioning of the campus.

A retired educationist with District Institute of Education and Training experience. She contributes deep understanding of teacher preparation, pedagogy, assessment and classroom practice.

Leadership learning through the Deeper Learning Alliance
Clarwyn’s leadership team is part of the 2026-27 Deeper Learning Alliance, guided by the Deeper Learning Institute, a project of the Harvard Graduate School of Education. Clarwyn’s Problem of Practice focuses on translating the Clarwyn Praxis from a founding framework into teacher-ready planning, practice, coaching and evidence.
Alliance learning is translated into tested tools, teacher rehearsal, classroom evidence and revisions to Clarwyn’s own architecture. It does not create a parallel curriculum or a fifth Clarwyn philosophy.
