THE COMPLETE EXPLANATION
How the system works
Relationship Mapping process
Identify a School Champion; prepare the map; conduct an all-staff mapping meeting; identify learners with zero or limited positive relationships; match Staff Volunteers; follow up; remap and review progress.
Support flow
Notice → listen and record facts → choose the correct route → assign owner and action → communicate appropriately → review effect.
Named adult by stage
Pre-K to Grade III: class/mother teacher. Grades IV-VII: Mentor Circle adult. A formal support need has one case manager who coordinates the plan and family communication.
Boundaries
Relationship Mapping is not a substitute for assessment, safeguarding, counselling, medical care or mental-health intervention. Information is minimal, factual, role-based and secure.
