What You’ll Find At A Glance
1) Enquire & Visit
- Share your child’s details and preferred grade.
- Choose a weekday tour or an Open House.
- We’ll introduce the teaching approach and the spaces that bring learning to life (Atria Library, Labs & Studios, Venture Studio, Pixel Forge, Sports spine).
Usual time: within 3–5 working days of your enquiry.
2) Start the Application
- Complete the online form (one per child).
- Upload clear photos/scans of required documents (see checklist below).
- Pay the non‑refundable application fee online.
- You’ll receive an Application ID and a summary by email.
3) Readiness & Interaction
We keep this age‑appropriate and calm—no coaching required.
- Early Years & Primary: play‑based readiness, short literacy/numeracy tasks, parent conversation.
- Middle School: brief subject familiarity checks + study‑habits conversation.
- Secondary/Senior: subject choices discussion, prior work review, and goals conversation.
If your child benefits from access arrangements (e.g., extra time, reader/scribe), please tell us in advance; we follow fair‑access guidelines and schedule accommodations where eligible.
4) Decision & Offer
Within 5–7 working days after interaction, we email the outcome. If a grade is full, we offer a wait‑list spot. Offers include fee schedules, key dates, and next‑step instructions.
5) Accept & Enrol
- Accept the seat by the due date and complete the admission form.
- Submit the enrollment documents and first‑term fee as per the invoice.
- Choose transport/meals, and share uniform sizes if applicable.
6) Onboarding
- Welcome email with class section, start date, and day‑one details.
- Orientation in Forum 208 covers routines, safety, and who to contact for help.
- Bridge lessons or reading lists (if needed) so your child starts with confidence.
Age Eligibility & Grades Offered
We follow CBSE/NCF guidelines. Age is calculated as on 31 March of the academic year. A simple age‑eligibility table will be shown on this page and available to download. For transfers from other boards, our team will map subjects and offer bridging where needed.
Documents Checklist
- Recent passport‑size photograph of the student (and both parents/guardians).
- Birth certificate (for Early Years/Primary); government‑issued ID/address proof of parents.
- Previous school report card(s) and transfer certificate (for Grade II and above).
- Immunisation record; medical declaration; special needs/assessment reports, if applicable.
- For international applicants: passport and visa pages.
Data privacy: documents are used only for admission decisions and statutory compliance.

- No high‑pressure testing; developmentally appropriate interactions.
- Transparent criteria—readiness, prior progress, and seat availability.
- Reasonable accommodations are scheduled in advance for eligible students.
- Sibling priority where possible and within policy; merit and seat availability apply.
Season Timeline & Key Dates
Admissions typically open in Term 1 for the following academic year. We run rolling interactions while seats last. The page will display the live calendar for Open Houses, interaction dates, and decision windows.
Application & Fee Notes
- Application fee: non‑refundable (covers processing and interaction scheduling).
- Seat‑acceptance fee: credited to the annual fee on enrollment; refundable per fee rules.

After Enrollment — Getting Ready for Day One
- Parent orientation (Forum 208) and ‘Meet the Teacher’ session.
- Transport route confirmation and ID card collection.
- Uniform guide, books & stationery list, and portal login.
- If advised, short bridge modules (reading, maths, or tech basics).
Track Your Application
Use your Application ID to log in and check status. We also email updates at each step. For questions, reply to the email thread or use the ‘Ask Admissions’ form.
