How we assess
- Portfolio & performance: report cards; teacher references; artefacts such as recital links, exhibition catalogues, time trials in Aqua 26, coding demos from CodeForge/Venture Studio, or screening work via Pixel Forge in Forum 208.
- Conversation & character: reliability, courtesy, initiative; fit with our calm, serious culture.
- Fairness: selection panels use published rubrics; decisions are recorded and communicated with reasons.
Renewal & expectations
- Maintain good academic standing and conduct; attend scheduled practices/fixtures/recitals; share work publicly at showcases.
- Renewal thresholds and timelines are published with the circular each year.
