What You’ll Find At A Glance

No‑pressure interactions:
Age‑appropriate observations and conversations—never surprise ‘high‑stakes’ tests for young learners.

Transparent timelines:
Application status updates and clear next steps at each stage.

Fit‑first placements:
We consider age eligibility, prior records, learning needs, and transport routes so the start of school feels calm.

Why Families Choose Clarwyn

  • Learning you can see: Classrooms and labs run on a predictable lesson rhythm—success criteria → model → guided practice → checks—so families recognise the same craft everywhere.
  • Spaces that lift standards: Tours walk through the Atria Library (double‑height), The Great Hall, and Forum 208 (for orientations, screenings, briefings), and Aqua 26; you see precisely where recitals, galleries, examinations, and parent sessions happen.
  • Safety and reliability, by design: Arrivals at The Colonnade; stacked‑lift corridor spines; universal‑access washrooms and hydration bays on each floor; infirmary beside reception; IT/Hub with CCTV control room; back‑of‑house systems (UPS/electrical rooms, HVAC shafts, pool filtration, fire shafts)—all the reliability parents rarely see, but feel daily.

The Clarwyn Path (How admissions works)

Enquire & visit
Join a campus tour to see lessons, labs, and the library in action. If you prefer, book a video conversation first.

Apply online
Submit the short form and upload basic documents (birth certificate/age proof, recent report card where applicable, ID proofs).

Meet & learn
A relaxed interaction tailored to the stage:
• Early Years: play‑based observation and a parent conversation.
• Primary: light concept checks, reading/writing snapshot, short chat with your child.
• Middle/Senior: a writing sample & math reasoning check, interest interview, and review of prior records.

We use this only to plan support/placement—not to label children.

Decision & offer
You receive a clear decision with any recommended supports and the House allocation proposal (siblings stay in the same House).

Enrolment & onboarding
Seat confirmation, fee payment options, transport route selection, and uniform/book lists. You’ll also get the orientation schedule.

First week plan
Your child meets a buddy, tutors set success criteria, and families receive a simple ‘first‑fortnight’ checklist to make arrival calm.

How Decisions Are Made

  • Readiness, not coaching:
Early Years – Primary focus on language, curiosity, routines, and school readiness; Middle – Senior: add short diagnostics and a conversation around interests and study habits.
  • Align with school culture:
We seek kindness, perseverance, and respect for routines—because a serious, courteous culture is a promise to every family.
  • Equity & Inclusion:
If a child has learning needs or medical notes, families are invited to share them upfront so we can plan supports early; our aim is clarity, not surprise.

Age Eligibility & Entry Grades

We follow the prevailing guidelines for age eligibility (as of 31 March for the year of entry). Placement considers maturity, previous schooling, and readiness. Our team will advise if a bridging period or extension is sensible.

Our Admissions Philosophy

Children are more than a score:
We look at habits, curiosity, and readiness to join a community.

Evidence, not pressure:
Short samples and observations let us plan support; there is no tutoring ‘arms race’.

Partnership with families:
We keep you informed and invite questions at every stage.

What To Prepare

  • Age proof (birth certificate/passport) and recent photographs.
  • Previous two report cards and transfer certificate (if applicable).
  • Any learning/health notes that help us support your child from day one.
  • Transport pickup location and emergency contacts.

Fees & Scholarships (Summary, Link Out For Details)

We publish the whole fee structure and philosophy on the ‘Fees & Philosophy’ page. Tuition covers core schooling; optional services (transport, meals, clubs) are itemised. Need‑based aid and merit scholarships are available; awards are reviewed annually and require steady academic standing and respectful conduct.

Admissions Calendar & Service Levels

Tour slots are available on weekdays and select Saturdays. The tour starts at The Colonnade with a brief safety briefing, followed by group orientations in Forum 208.

Communication: We acknowledge enquiries promptly on academic days and share next steps, including dates and documents, so there is no need for chasing. (Contact: 91205 59120 / montclairnoida@gmail.com.)

Results window: decisions are issued within a defined window; if waitlisted, you receive your position and update cadence in writing.

What To Expect On Your Tour

  • Academic walk‑through: model classroom, a lab, and the Atria Library to see reading/research routines.
  • Showcase venues: The Great Hall and Forum 208, so you know where recitals, screenings, and parent workshops take place.
  • Care & operations: infirmary, hydration points, access routes, and IT/Hub + CCTV so you can assess safety with your own eyes.

FAQs
